30-Day Return Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Return an Item
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit your order history. Click "Return Item" next to the order you'd like to return, or contact us at support@mensroof.com.
Get Return Authorization
We'll send you a return authorization number and detailed return instructions via email within 24-48 hours.
Package Your Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return authorization number in the package.
Ship It Back
Use the provided return shipping label (if applicable) or ship to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
- Not a personalized, customized, or final sale item
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund:
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunded to the original payment method used for purchase
- Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Bank Processing: Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account (varies by bank/credit card company)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the correct item quickly and allows us to process your return efficiently.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item received was defective or incorrect
- The item was damaged during shipping
- We made an error in processing your order
- Your order was over LKR 5,000 (free returns apply)
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Personalized, customized, or monogrammed items
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@mensroof.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
