At Men's Roof, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You return the item within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The item is not a personalized, customized, or final sale item
Refund Process
Initiate Return Request
Contact our customer service team at support@mensroof.com or initiate a return through your account dashboard. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and detailed return instructions within 24-48 hours.
Ship Item Back
Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return authorization number and ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This typically takes 2-3 business days.
Refund Issued
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited to the original card within 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refunds will be processed to the original bank account
- Digital Wallets: Refunds will be credited to the original wallet account
Note: Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times vary by financial institution and may take up to 10-14 business days to reflect in your statement.
Refund Timeline
- 1-2 days:Return request processing and authorization
- 3-7 days:Item shipping back to us (varies by location)
- 2-3 days:Inspection of returned item
- 5-10 days:Refund processing to original payment method
- 10-14 days:Refund appears in your account (varies by financial institution)
Total estimated time: 15-30 business days from return request to refund appearing in your account.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may issue a partial refund:
- If the item is returned in a condition that is not as described (minor wear, missing tags, etc.)
- If only part of an order is returned
- If the item has been used or damaged beyond normal wear
We will notify you if a partial refund applies and explain the reason for the reduced refund amount.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Personalized, customized, or monogrammed items
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Gift cards (unless required by law)
- Items without original packaging or tags
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item received was defective or incorrect
- The item was damaged during shipping
- We made an error in processing your order
- Your order was over LKR 5,000 (free returns apply)
In cases where we cover return shipping, the refund will include the original shipping cost but not the return shipping cost. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover all shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@mensroof.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement, including all shipping costs, at no charge to you. Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed immediately upon confirmation.
Cancelled Orders
If you cancel an order before it ships, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. If the order has already shipped, you may return it following our standard return process once received.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days.
