Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases. During checkout, you'll enter your shipping and payment information to complete your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting your order history page.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@mensroof.com or call +94772002467. We can only modify or cancel orders that haven't been processed for shipping yet.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. This email will include your order number, order details, and estimated delivery date.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options?
We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days), express shipping (2-3 business days), and overnight shipping (next business day). Free standard shipping is available on orders over LKR 5,000.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after processing. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping arrives the next business day. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees may apply.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mensroof.com with photos if applicable. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@mensroof.com or call +94772002467. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Free returns are available on orders over LKR 5,000.
How do I return an item?
Log into your account and visit your order history, then click "Return Item" next to the order you'd like to return. You can also contact us at support@mensroof.com. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective, incorrect, damaged during shipping, or your order was over LKR 5,000 (free returns apply).

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to our size charts. If you're unsure, our customer service team can help you find the perfect fit.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes, we offer extended sizing for many of our products. Check individual product pages for available sizes. If you don't see your size, please contact us as we may be able to help.
Are your products true to size?
Our products are designed to fit true to size based on standard measurements. However, fit can vary by style. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page and reading customer reviews for fit information.
What materials are your products made from?
We use high-quality materials including premium cotton, wool, silk, and synthetic blends. Each product page lists the specific materials and care instructions.
How do I care for my purchase?
Care instructions are provided on each product page and on the care label attached to each item. Generally, we recommend following the care instructions on the label to maintain the quality of your purchase.

Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, manage your wishlist, and enjoy faster checkout on future purchases.
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign In" in the top right corner, then select "Create Account" or "Register". You'll need to provide your email address and create a password.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link via email.
How do I update my account information?
Log into your account and visit the "My Account" page. You can update your profile information, addresses, and password from there.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by updating your email preferences in your account settings.

How can I contact customer service?

What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. We're closed on Sundays.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase and make the perfect gift. Gift cards are delivered via email and can be used for any purchase on our website.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate as an online-only retailer. However, we're always looking to expand. Check our website for updates on future store locations.
Can I visit your warehouse or showroom?
Our warehouse and offices are not open to the public. However, you can always reach out to us online or by phone if you have any questions or need assistance.
