At Men's Roof, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not a personalized or custom-made item
  • Not a final sale item (clearly marked at time of purchase)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@mensroof.com or through your account dashboard to initiate a return request.
  2. Receive your return authorization - We'll provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Package your item - Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship the item back - Use the provided return shipping label or ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account (varies by bank/credit card company)

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item received was defective or incorrect
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • We made an error in processing your order

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the correct item quickly and allows us to process your return efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Personalized, customized, or monogrammed items
  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@mensroof.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
