Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

Cost: LKR 500 (Free on orders over LKR 5,000)

Standard shipping is available for all orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via ground service.

Express Shipping

Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Cost: LKR 1,000

Need your order faster? Express shipping ensures your order arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.

Overnight Shipping

Delivery Time: Next business day

Cost: LKR 2,000

For urgent orders, overnight shipping is available. Orders placed before 2 PM EST will be delivered the next business day.

International Shipping

Delivery Time: 10-21 business days

Cost: Varies by destination

We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Customs fees may apply.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time begins after payment confirmation and does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

United States

All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping rates apply to continental US. Additional charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.

International

We ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting your order history in your account dashboard
  • Using the tracking number on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately:

  • Package not received: Contact us if your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window
  • Damaged package: If your package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us right away
  • Wrong address: If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible
  • Lost package: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over LKR 5,000. The free shipping promotion applies automatically at checkout and is valid for standard shipping within Sri Lanka.

Free shipping does not apply to express or overnight shipping options. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
